to arrange an informal, free of charge 1hr 'no strings' meeting at the dojo here in Southampton - at which I would be pleased to demonstrate some of the form that I teach and answer as many of your questions as I am able in an hour or so. THIS FIRST MEETING IS ALWAYS FREE - no strings attached.

The main purpose of this initial meeting is to simply ascertain if this style of tai chi, my method of teaching (no large groups) and the location of the dojo might suit your requirements or meet your expectations.
Cost - following your first free no strings meeting: £30 for the first month. Thereafter £40.

Sessions are of 1 duration, same day and time every week and commence with about 15mins of warm-up and/or Chi Kung exercise. Depending upon the individual sessions might also include 'sit and chat' periods to discus related issues such as meditation, Taoism, art etc.
